Every detail matters to make sure your event is top notch
Our first meeting of consultation allows the Designer you meet with to discuss your ideas and to better understand your dreams to create a design for your Event or Design and to connect on what your day should be like
1.
DESIGN PROPOSAL AND EXECUTION
At this moment you begin to see the whole magic in action

We begin Design venue location or Design outside venue using 3 D programs and mood boards and rendering along with team of Designers creating the room layout and discussing colour themes and materials. Every event and Design is custom made, while remaining within the set budget & timeframe provided
NEGOTATION/AGREEMENT
Here we are, the final stage always the icebreaker
After creation of 3D renderings and a contract agreement and clients agreement on the concept, budget and timeframe, the production phase can begin. A detailed floor plan and storyboard are developed and will serve as a blueprint for all teams and external suppliers involved. We carefully make sure all details and designs are followed and executed to our clients passions
